Narrow/Wedged

Wedge belts are high-performance V-belts designed with a narrower cross-section that provides higher power transmission capacity compared to classical V-belts.

Their compact design allows more horsepower to be transmitted in a smaller drive space, making them ideal for modern high-speed, high-load drive systems.

Banded V

Banded V-belts consist of two or more individual V-belts permanently joined together by a strong, flexible backing.

This construction provides increased lateral rigidity and stability, preventing belt turnover, twisting, and vibration in high-shock or heavy-load applications. Banded V-belts are ideal for drives where single belts may fail due to misalignment, pulsating loads, or harsh operating conditions.
